The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC), the Argentine Confederation of Medium Enterprises (CAME), the Union of Argentine Business Entities (UDECA), and the Argentine Federation of Trade and Service Employees (FAECyS) have signed a new agreement within the framework of the joint project of commercial activity.
An unrewarded sum of $60,000
The two parties agreed to grant a non-compensatory fixed sum of US$60,000 (Article 6, Law No. 24,241), as a restructuring, It is paid in each of the months December, January, February and March which ends with the monthly payment for each of thems, with the exception of the last $60,000 – corresponding to March 2026 – which will be integrated into the basics at their nominal value in April 2026, says advisor Ignacio Barrios.
