Peter Greene died at the age of 60 last Friday (12/12). He was found dead in his apartment, located in Manhattan, New York, United States.
Greene rose to prominence after playing villains in films such as The Mask, where he played Dorian Tyrell, and Pulp Fiction, bringing the character of Zed to life.

Born in Montclair, New Jersey, he had his first major role in the 1992 independent film Laws of Gravity. The following year, Lodge Kerrigan cast him in the lead role in Clean Shaven, which caught the attention of Tarantino.
Throughout his career, Peter Greene has appeared in nearly 100 films and television programs, including a role in the series For Life. He has also appeared in Chicago PD, Hawaii Five-O, Justified and Life on Mars.
Recently, the artist participated in the series Drug Thieves, starring Wagner Moura and Brian Tyree Henry.

Found dead
Peter Greene was found dead after local authorities were called to check the apartment due to music being played continuously for more than 24 hours.
A neighbor of the actor informed the New York Daily News that he was found face down next to a handwritten note. “Peter was lying on the ground, face down, with injuries to his face and blood everywhere,” the sources said.
The cause of death, however, has not yet been confirmed.
