It’s been a long time since Corinthians fans celebrated a Copa do Brasil title. However, with this Sunday’s victory (12/21), Timão leaves 16 years behind and finds his smile again for the tournament.
Before lifting the cup on Sunday evening (21/12), Corinthians had been champions in 2009. That season, Timão beat Internacional in two games and became three-time Copa do Brasil champions.
