Is Christmas time And in Argentine households, on the night of December 24th or at noon on December 25th, there is already an atmosphere of gathering with family or friends. Since it’s summer, many people don’t turn on the oven to cook. That’s why we suggest below the salty pudding which is very easy to do for those who have no idea about gastronomy.

Salty Christmas pudding without oven, a simple and inexpensive recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs.
- 1 pinch of salt and another pinch of pepper.
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil.
- 1 cup milk.
- Spices to taste.
- 150 g cooked ham in pieces.
- 150 g machine cheese in pieces.
- 50g chopped olives.
Step by step:

Preparation of the pudding dough
- In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, pepper, spices, oil, milk and baking powder. To make it foamy, use a mixer.
- Once a homogeneous consistency is achieved, add the chopped ham and cheese and then the olives.
- Pour the mixture into a medium pudding bowl that can accommodate a large pot of water.
- Place the pudding pot halfway into the pot of water and heat to medium heat. Cooking must be done in a water bath and covered.
- When the egg is cooked, remove the pudding pot from the water bath, remove it from the mold and serve.

Cooking time: 40 minutes.
Total preparation time: 50 minutes.
