National Police agents arrested a woman allegedly responsible for the murder of Miguel A., a 57-year-old Spaniard, in a drug apartment located at number 136 Marcelo Usera Street. The events took place on the 26 … December, when Javier R., 60, also born in Spain, alerted the emergency services shortly before 11:15 a.m. indicating that his friend had been stabbed at his home.
The displaced National Police officers discovered that the victim was suffering from an incised wound on his left leg and therefore proceeded to apply a tourniquet to stop the bleeding. Doctors from Summa 112 also went to the scene and treated the victim, who was placed in cardiopulmonary arrest. After more than 30 minutes of resuscitation maneuvers, they could only confirm the death. Officers questioned the homeowner, who did not hesitate to name a fleeing woman as the stabbing perpetrator. He himself was framed as the alleged perpetrator of the attack.
As this newspaper has learned, both the inmate and the deceased were previously using drugs at the aforementioned home. Even though the Homicide Group VI, on duty in these grim days for the Madrid region, went to the enclave, the investigation, which remains open, remained in the hands of the judicial police of the Usera-Villaverde departmental police station. Agents from the Citizen Assistance Group (GAC) and the Scientific Police also intervened.
After advancing the investigations, investigators managed to identify a woman as having participated in the attack which caused the death of the victim. The alleged perpetrator was located and detained yesterday in a municipality in the south of the Community of Madrid by agents of the Judicial Police Group and the Operational Intervention Group of the aforementioned police station.
The woman was arrested as allegedly responsible for the crime of homicide and breach of sentence and was brought to court.
