A fan of a balanced diet, she favors regular sleep, constant hydration and simple rituals that are part of her daily life. “In the summer, I drink a lot of coconut water, as well as a lot of water, which nothing can replace. I also like to tan whenever I can and do outdoor activities,” explains the model. Beauty secrets include carrot and beet juice and frequent use of body oils. On the face, use sunscreen without care.
The look for the evening was chosen by her stylist and exactly reflects the event’s proposal. “We thought that this option had everything to do with the climate, very Brazilian, with the feeling of summer and the sunset,” explains the presenter. Passionate about the seasons, Mariana does not hide her fascination for the warmer months.
“Summer is my favorite edition. My birthday is in March, at the end of the season. It’s the time when we breathe joy, renewal, this atmosphere of new beginnings. I like this more sensual, more lively atmosphere,” he says.

In addition to beauty and fashion, Mariana also wanted to use her voice for an urgent subject: fighting against violence against women. Touched by the recent cases of femicide, she stressed the importance of literacy on the subject.
“We can no longer turn a blind eye. We must recognize what is happening in our own relationships. Silence makes us complicit in a system that acts against us,” he emphasizes. For the influencer, speaking out is an act of resistance.
“I want to be remembered as a woman who spoke up, who fought against an oppressive system to provide information and help. When we come together, the strength is much greater. There is a healing power there, which is real,” she concludes.
