The crew of the Salvamar Navia escorted the vessel to the boarding point from the mouth, as when it was sighted it was already entering under its own power.
This is the second cayuco who arrived in the Canary Islands so far this year after a boat landed in El Hierro on the afternoon of January 1 with 144 sub-Saharan people, among whom were 107 men, 29 women and eight minors.
