- 2 chicken broth tablets
- 2 onions diced
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 green pepper, diced

- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Preparation method
- In a large frying pan, heat the oil and brown the chicken thighs well.
- Add the tomato paste, basil, chicken broth, onion, carrot, pepper and red wine.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- If necessary, add small amounts of water during cooking.
- Add the mushrooms, reduce the heat and cook until the sauce thickens and reduces.
- Adjust the salt, finish with parsley and serve immediately.
