Even during the festivities, Mileide remains focused on preparing for Carnival. Drum queen of the Unidos da Tijuca, she maintains a training and treatment routine, combining discipline and strategic breaks.
Reflecting on the past year, Mileide highlights maturity and purpose:
“2025 was an intense year, with a lot of learning and withdrawal. I experienced important challenges, achievements that strengthened me and moments that taught me to respect my time even more. Ending this cycle in Noronha, in contact with nature, helps me organize my thoughts, be grateful and understand everything that has been built so far,” he said.
The 2026 horizon is full of motivation and positive expectations:
“I am very excited for 2026. I feel like I am arriving more secure, more aware of my choices and with a different energy. I want a year with even more dedication, health, balance and success. I know that great things are coming and I am ready to experience each step with responsibility and enthusiasm,” she said.
Concerning the preparation for Carnival, Mileide reinforces her commitment in the position she holds:
“Carnival requires physical, emotional and mental preparation. It is not just a question of aesthetics, it is a question of dedication, respect for the community and the history that we represent. That is why, even in moments of pause, I remain focused. I want to arrive on the avenue prepared, confident and up to all that this place represents for me and for the public”, he concluded.
