New evidence links the luxurious Villa Rosa villa in Pilar to the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and its authorities. Luciano Pantanothe Monotributista, who acts as one of the two formal owners of the property, had an AFA corporate credit card issued in his name, which he used, among other things, to pay fees related to the tolls for the expensive cars found on the farm.
Monthly expenses were recorded on the plastic issued by American Express an average of almost 50 million pesos.
