With 110.4 million customers, the largest volume of a private institution in the country, the bank recorded 23.9 thousand complaints during this period. Itaú, with 100.2 million customers, was the target of 15.9 thousand complaints, and Santander, with almost 70 million, received 8.9 thousand.

Among public banks, Caixa, which has 157 million customers, recorded 14.8 thousand complaints, and Banco do Brasil (80.8 million), 6.9 thousand.
