As part of supporting the Andalusian knowledge system, the Junta de Andalucía pays particular attention to the accompaniment and support of research talents, from the start of their training as technical support personnel to R&D&I and their predoctoral training to their subsequent professional performance, through various lines of incentives for postdoctoral hiring and through the Emergia Program for more established and prestigious professionals.
Thus, the Department of University, Research and Innovation requested this year aid of 30 million euros to integrate, for a period of two years, 375 young unemployed as technical support and R&D&I management staff.
