The new arrangements will be created and recorded step by step during the filming of the documentary “Folk Jobim, musical documentary of 100 years of Tom Jobim”, led by the trio formed by singer Roberta Campos, American pianist and conductor Shelly Berg and producer Rodrigo Rios.
The film will also feature testimonies from artists who worked with the composer, such as Danilo Caymmi, Leila Pinheiro and Roberto Menescal.
The project is scheduled to launch on January 25, 2027, which marks a century since Tom’s birth.
