Tussam will be free on January 5, the day of the Three Kings parade from 3 p.m. to midnight except for the special Airport line. The service will be increased by 80 reinforcement vehicles, mainly in the afternoon, which … which on certain lines represents an increase in supply of more than 100% compared to one working day. The reinforcements will be applied from 3:00 p.m. until the end of the service, thus covering the entire scheduled duration of the parade route.
These reinforcements will preferably be assigned to the radial lines, which will in many cases double their usual supply level. SO The most popular lines such as the 12, 13, 27 or 32 will have, in the afternoon, between 17 and 22 buses with an approximate frequency of five minutes. The rest of the radial lines and transverse lines 2, 3 and 5 will be reinforced until crossing frequencies of between 6 and 12 minutes are maintained. The Metrocentro will offer service with 5 units and a frequency of 7 minutes.
In the same way, we must not forget that there will be a special Tusaam service on the occasion of the parade, so the radial lines that provide service in the different neighborhoods will increase their offer up to 100%.
The Mayor of Seville, José Luis Sanz, explained that “as we did last year, Tussam will again take you for free to the Three Kings Parade. The service will be completely free on January 5 from 3 p.m. to encourage the use of public transport and speed up possible crowds.
“The goal is that from any corner of Seville we can enjoy the best Three Kings parade in the world,” he added. “Public services are a priority of this government and we want public transport to be a key element in achieving a much more liveable, more sustainable and, ultimately, a better Seville.”
