Brian King Joseph accused the rapper of “predatory behavior” in a lawsuit filed this week in California.
Will Smith has been sued by a touring violinist who alleges sexual harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation.
Brian King Joseph filed suit in California Superior Court on Los Angeles December 30 against Black-smith and the Management of Treyball Studios. The action accuses Black-smith of “predatory behavior” and “deliberate conditioning and grooming of Mr. Joseph for deeper sexual exploration” before his tour Based on a true story: 2025.
The lawsuit alleges that Black-smith hiring Joseph in November 2024 to perform in concert at San Diego. The rapper then invited Joseph to join his 2025 tour and play on his next album.
