We will have to be patient and if they rush me with a helmet, because 2026, as pre-electoral years dictate, will be a year of work in Seville. The ditches will appear as barricades to be avoided in our daily travels, especially when heavy machinery – horror! – arrives with the metro work on the historic ring road. This experience is for the Sevillians like a frontier towards the unknown. Some will speak of chaos, others of inconvenience, but the important thing is that there is work in the city, which we spent so much time on and which never happened.
