THE Civil police of Sao Paulo looking for a man suspected of having killed his ex-partner stabbed on the night of Saturday 20, at Osascoin Greater São Paulo.
The murdered woman was Simone Pereira de Oliveira, 44, who worked as a hairdresser. She was rescued and taken to hospital, but did not survive. It is Vagner Santos, 40 years old, his former partner, who fled after the incident.

According to data from the Secretariat of State, between January and October, 53 cases were recorded. This number is higher than that recorded every year since 2015. Previously, the highest rate recorded occurred in the twelve months of 2024, with 51 feminicides.
