The luckiest city in Spain
Rafa Sanchís, Administration lottery number 3 of Manises (Valencia), distributed the third prize, a fourth and two fifths of this year’s Christmas lottery. This is a special case, because it is not the first time that this Valencian city of 32,000 inhabitants lives with joy on December 22. Seven Gordos fell there: in 1971, 1986, 2012, 2013, 2018, 2022 and in 2023. They consider themselves “the luckiest city in Spain”.
