During the operation, seven bags of drugs, four handguns, cartridges, chargers, two trucks, a luxury vehicle, a motorcycle, telephone equipment and cash were seized. The detainees were made available to the State Ministry, which will decide on their legal situation.

“These arrests by the Mexican government directly impact the structure and funding of one of the largest cartels. They weaken its ability to harm our communities and demonstrate that the United States and Mexico achieve more when they work together as sovereign partners against criminal organizations. While the searches were taking place in Jalisco, in Mazatlan, SinaloaFederal forces captured Carlos Gabriel Reynoso Garcia37 years old, alias “Pollo”, identified as the leader of the criminal cell “Los Jordán”, linked to the faction of Los Chapitos.
He was arrested during the same operation Jesus Arturo Davalos Valenzuela40 years old. Reynoso García is currently facing at least three arrest warrants for murder. Two firearms, a bag of drugs, radios and a vehicle were seized during the arrest.
Federal authorities emphasized that these operations are part of a national strategy to weaken the operational and financing networks of criminal groups linked to drug trafficking.
