Preparation method
In a large bowl, combine the grated chester, onion, olives, tomato paste, cream, cream cheese and parsley.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix until smooth.
In a heatproof dish, place half of the Chester cream and cover with half of the grated cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining creamy chester and finish with the remaining cheese.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until everything is hot and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, spread the potatoes on top and serve immediately.
