
A man without a driver’s license and showing apparent signs of drunkenness was arrested after knocking down two women this Thursday (25/12) in Ceilândia. The incident occurred at QNO 19, post 38, around 12:47 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, DF military fire crews found two women on the ground after being hit by a white Fiat Uno.
Two people were rescued by military teams and taken to hospital. The first victim, aged 69, was conscious and oriented, but had bruises on his body and a fracture of his right femur. The second, aged 42, was also transported in stable condition, with a suspected dislocation of the left foot.
DF Military Police were also called to respond to the incident. At this address, the soldiers identified a gathering of people.
Faced with the attempted lynching of the author by the population, the military police acted to contain the situation, requesting the support of the prefixes of the 8th and 10th battalion to isolate the scene.

The perpetrator was arrested on the spot. During the check, he refused to take a breathalyzer test. Additionally, it was found that he did not have a driving license.
As he did not have a licensed driver either, his vehicle was transported to the Highways Department (DER) depot in Samambaia.
Due to ongoing administrative issues, he was taken to the 15th police station to ascertain the facts.
