The local police of Malaga intervened early this Friday morning during an unauthorized party organized in a rental house in the Churriana district and in which there were around a hundred people.
The person responsible for the event will be reported for having carried out a leisure activity without the required authorization and for having obstructed the control activity of the agents, indicated the Town Hall in a press release.
The police detected the organization of the event through social networks and acted after the interactions were reactivated in the early morning with indications of the exact location of the party, during which 25 euros per ticket was charged. Officers confirmed that inside the property, located on the Coín highway, there could be more than a hundred people. Furthermore, the Police received several calls concerning noise pollution and the presence of poorly parked vehicles.
During the intervention, the owners of ten poorly parked vehicles were reported – four of them were evacuated by the tow truck – as well as several people for having relieved themselves on public roads. Likewise, more people were prevented from entering the house, while those who left were identified.
The local police also reported the person responsible for another private party in another house on Canal Street, also in the Churriana neighborhood, whose organizer will be denounced for carrying out a leisure activity without authorization, although in this case he left after being warned by the officers.
The decree issued by the Mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre, on the occasion of Christmas and New Year, advises citizens to find out in advance whether the parties and favors of an occasional or extraordinary nature that they plan to attend have the obligatory prior municipal authorization; and to the organizers, who offer all the necessary information and publicity about the prior authorization and conditions of the event.
