Another phase of the containment operation – like the one carried out in the Alemão and Benha complexes on the 28th – will take place on Friday in São João de Miriti, in Baixada Fluminense. The work of the civil and military police aims to combat the expansion of the Red Command. According to Globo TV, Councilman Marcos Aquino (Republicans) was arrested: initially, he was not the target of the operation, but was caught with someone else’s gun in the house of his brother, Luis Aquino, who was investigated for his involvement with the heart of the faction.
