Galvão Bueno reveals the reason for his hospitalization and thanks for his support

Narrator and sports presenter Galvão Bueno used social networks to thank the public for their positive energy towards his improvement and his release from the hospital. In fact, he also took the opportunity to reveal why he had to stay in the hospital for a few days.

“About a month ago I had viral pneumonia. I was admitted to Sírio-Libanês, in São Paulo, I spent a week there and came out absolutely perfect. But pneumonia requires that you rest after taking the antibiotics, that you take care of everything and do physiotherapy, but the work did not allow me, this crazy work habit”, began the communicator, saying that he had need more recovery time.

He also clarified that he had an intense routine, something that demanded his body and thus generated a new need for attention from doctors.

“There were two weeks of live programs, broadcasts of football matches, recordings, trips, meetings, preparations for the World Cup on SBT next year, saying goodbye to Bandeirantes, broadcasting the Copa do Brasil on Amazon Bonus, I felt good there and I thought everything was wonderful. I came home and as Christmas approached I felt more or less the same as before. I went to the hospital, did all the tests, stayed there and was discharged. I will still take antibiotics until Wednesday (31),” said the presenter.

Galvão Bueno on vacation

Released from hospital and recovering at home, he said he would be on vacation for a while.

“Now, yes, I’m on vacation and I’m going to rest, in addition to 15 days of physiotherapy. In February we will be together. Let’s go! The year is strong, with the World Cup approaching, and there is still a lot to do,” he concluded.

Galvão was released from the Santa Casa de Londrina Hospital, in Paraná, this Saturday (27), after two days of hospitalization.
