Just over two months after the arrest of his ex-partner, who was charged with gender-based violence and unlawful deprivation of liberty, Lowrdez Fernández once again aroused concern among those around him.
The former Bandana member was visibly affected on her social networks after the death of her friend Ariana Falcó Aureli, an artist and guitarist, and the videos published caused alarm.
Her mother Mabel confirmed that she was very emotionally affected by the loss of her friend. The topic was discussed on Lape Club Social, the show hosted by Sergio Lapegüe, where the stories told by the singer over the weekend were analyzed. “A very close friend of Lowrdez died. From then on she uploaded some stories and the way she is seen is worrying,” explained journalist Paula Varela.
In the pictures, Lowrdez appears completely broken, crying inconsolably and having difficulty expressing himself. Between sobs, she barely manages to say, “She was our friend.”
Given the impact of the videos, the program’s production spoke live with Mabel, the artist’s mother, who spoke about her daughter’s emotional crisis and the possibility of relapse. “He is very distressed and needs a different type of treatment. Relapses are sporadic and therefore cannot always be predicted,” he explained.
However, Mabel also emphasized that Lowrdez showed strength in her last public appearance: “At the Bandana show, she was impeccable because of her commitment to her colleagues and the public.”
Regarding the impact that Ariana Falcó Aureli’s death had, the mother spoke forcefully: “The wake was on Sunday. I told her friends that this would destroy her, and it did.”
