The government has extended by three years the deadline given to the Union Heritage Secretariat (SPU) to complete the identification of lands located on the banks of navigable federal rivers, in addition to marine lands and their additions. This deadline, which would end tomorrow, has been extended until December 31, 2028.
The decision is contained in provisional measure no. 1.332, published today, to make a further modification to Decree-Law no. 9.760 of September 5, 1946. This decree-law deals with the real estate domain of the Union.
