Passols described artificial intelligence as a game changer. He said: “We are going through, in my opinion, the largest technological revolution in recent years.”
The CEO also said he wants all of the company’s executives to reach their “aha moment” regarding AI. “Before we solve it the traditional way, we ask ourselves what AI solution can we implement and do before thinking about something else.”
Cielo has also reorganized its operations for “intelligent management.” According to Passols, innovations such as automatic pick-up points for “machines” have significantly reduced delivery time in logistics, while the application of artificial intelligence in the chain has led to R$90 million in cost savings.
