
At least 19 people have been injured in a Russian bomb attack on the center of the city of Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine, according to the region’s governor, Oleg Sinegubov.
In his Telegram account, Sinegubov said the injured were between 20 and 79 years old, with the exception of a six-month-old baby who did not require hospitalization.
The governor stated that the worst moment of the attack was the explosion of a projectile against a residential building in the Kivski district, which is currently being evacuated.
