Swiss authorities announced this Saturday the opening of a criminal investigation against two managers of the bar which burned on New Year’s Eve in the ski resort of Crans-Montana, leaving 40 dead and 119 injured.
The directors, of French nationality, “are accused of homicide by negligence … negligent bodily injury and negligent arson,” the police and the public prosecutor of the canton of Valais said in a press release.
