
Chinese businessman Su Jingwei, 35 years old, was killed in the early hours of Saturday (15/11), in the central region of São Paulo. Those responsible for the crime left the victim’s belongings at the scene, indicating the possibility that it was an execution and not a robbery.
According to the police report, the murder occurred during the early hours of the morning, on Rua Senador Felicio dos Santos, between Liberdade and Aclimão. The businessman was chased and killed by three shots in the back.

According to the Public Security Secretariat, the military police were called, and when they arrived, they found the man wounded by bullets. The police can still call for help, which confirmed that the victim died at the scene of the crime.
According to the SSP, Jingwei’s cell phone was seized. Both Forensics and the Homicide and Personal Protection Department (DHPP) were called in to monitor the case.
The secretariat stated that “investigations are underway to fully clarify the facts.”
The Sao Paulo area where the crime occurred is known for its strong presence of the Chinese mafia. The connection between the murder and criminals belonging to these factions will be one of the lines of investigation by the civilian police.
