New look
A few days ago, the festival presented to the media a change in model that, according to the organization, “will mark a milestone in the festival’s history.” They confirm that it is a renewed form, designed to provide greater comfort, larger spaces, and a more relaxed atmosphere, in line with what the public has moved to in recent years.
Its goal is to become a closer, more exclusive festival, redesigned to prioritize the fan experience and well-being. The organization explained: “We want to celebrate it by making a qualitative leap. The new model was born from listening to our audience, putting their needs at the center and providing them with a space where they can enjoy music of the highest quality and comfort. They are the core of the festival and with them we will continue to build the future.”
According to Mad Cool, since 2023 they have implemented an improvement strategy based on the direct opinion of attendees. “Every year, thousands of people participate in our satisfaction survey, allowing us to discover needs and opportunities for change. Their feedback inspires us to improve,” they stressed. For this reason, the music event has announced the following improvements: capacity adjustments (the festival will be limited to 50,000 people per day), schedule adjustment (opening time will be delayed to avoid high temperatures), redesign of spaces, more sustainability and a renewed artistic proposal with days with their own identity to enhance cohesion in the programming of each of the four days.
