The Deputy Mayor of São Paulo, Coronel Melo Araujo (PL), commented on the arrest of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), on Saturday morning (22/11), in a video posted on social media. He expressed regret that the arrest occurred “on the 22nd,” which was the ballot box number for both parties.
“Today is November 22 and they have just arrested President Bolsonaro. Look, this is disgusting, isn’t it? On November 22, which is a public holiday, they arrested President Bolsonaro. This is the system we are going through. This is the system our country is going through,” declared the deputy mayor of the capital, São Paulo.
