- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cans of milk (measured as a can of condensed milk)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- Half a cup of hot water
- Red food coloring as desired
- Strawberries to taste

Preparation method
- In a bowl, put the sugar and red food coloring. Bring to a boil and melt until a thick, glossy caramel forms.
- Carefully add the hot water and stir until it becomes liquid again.
- Pour the red syrup into the pudding mold, spread it on the sides and leave it to cool.
- In a mixer, beat the eggs until they gain volume. Then add the condensed milk and milk, and whisk until a creamy mixture is formed.
- Tip: If you want a pudding without holes, let the mixture rest for a few minutes before baking.
- Pour the mixture into the caramel mold, and if desired, add the chopped strawberries to the pudding.
- Bake in a water bath in a medium oven (180°C) for 1 hour to 1:30 or until done.
- Let it cool completely then put it in the refrigerator before unmolding.
- Finish with fresh strawberries and a little red syrup on top for an even more magical look.
