A Dana judge asked the People’s Party candidate for state president, Juan Francisco Pérez Yurca, to submit the bill for the company phone from which he called Carlos Mazzone and Salome Pradas on the afternoon of October 29, 2024. Pérez Yurca, in his statement of November 21, agreed to voluntarily submit his phone bill from the city council of Finestrat, the town of which he is president.
The coach takes up the challenge and asks, in an order issued on Monday, the current Secretary General of the People’s Party of Valencia and the spokesman for the Popular Parties of Cortes – “in light of the agreement expressed” by Pérez Jurca – to submit within five days an invoice for “the corporate telephone number of the Finestrat City Council with which he made or received calls” with Carlos Mazzone as of October 29, 2024 at 6:57 p.m. And with Salomé Pradas at 18.57, 18.58 and 18.59.
In addition, the ruling requires the administration of justice lawyer to record in making the comparison, “having regard to the said bill, whether the calls were incoming or outgoing and their duration, as well as the order in which they were made or received.”
The coach already has WhatsApp messages handed over by the PP state presidential candidate, also voluntarily. The ruling therefore asks the LAJ to compare the WhatsApp messages exchanged between Pérez Jurca and the two individuals investigated (former Chancellor Pradas and former Regional Secretary for Emergency Situations, Emilio Argüeso) as well as with Mazzone.
On the other hand, it also requests the General Director of Medio Natural, Luis Gomes, to submit a report (within three days) detailing the five regions he referred to in his witness statement of 20 November, as well as those responsible for each region, with regard to a number of environmental factors.
Accreditation of politicians in the emergency center
The same resolution also accepts the measures proposed by the popular accusation carried out by the Acció Culture del País Valencià and asks the Emergency Coordination Center to submit a report on the “accreditation requirements required of persons, who are not dependent on work” to the administration for their “entry” into the l’Eliana complex.

The judge requests that this report include details of “the types of credits being delivered, specifying the emergency powers allowed based on the credit provided.”
