The 27th University of São Paulo (USP) Book Festival begins on Wednesday (26/11) and promises to bring together more than 250,000 titles and 220 publishers, at the Universidade Cidade, west of São Paulo. The event runs until Sunday (11/30), Wednesday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, and on weekends from 9am to 7pm.
The USP Book Festival, organized annually by the Editora da Universidade de São Paulo (Edusp) since 1999, seeks to bring publishers and readers together, offering high-quality books at a special price. Minimum discounts are expected to be 50% on the cover price on all work.
The festival has a huge catalog of volumes, from popular titles to rare books. Through the integrated search system, the Foundation allows the public to browse the official website through the lists provided by publishers. The tool allows you to quickly review the title and person responsible for the post, allowing readers to plan better.

This year, the event will feature 5 new publishers: Ars et Vita, Darkside, Rocco, Seiva and Tabla. Other famous brands such as Intrínseca, L&PM Editores and Antofágica, for example, are present in the literary gallery.
How to get there
The public can attend the event in their personal car, app car or public transportation. In the latter case, it can be reached via metro, via Butanta Station – Line 4 – Yellow Line, or via train, via Ciudad Universitaria Station – Line 9 – Esmeralda.
At the stops, readers should take a loop bus from the University of the South Pacific’s Butanta Campus. Available fonts are:
