Rain floods hundreds of homes and affects at least 32 cities in South Carolina

The heavy rains that have hit Santa Catarina since Saturday (22/11) have caused damage in at least 32 municipalities. According to Civil Defense, between noon on Sunday (23/11) and Monday (24/11), 364 homes were damaged, displacing 133 people and displacing 15 others.
