
A motorcyclist was seriously injured on Monday afternoon (24/11) after an accident between a motorbike and a car on Avenida Raymundo Pereira de Magalhães, in Beritoba, north of São Paulo. With the collision, the pilot ended up under the car and suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest.
According to the fire department, the accident occurred at approximately 5:51 p.m. Initial information indicates that the victim was completely trapped under the car and unable to move. Due to the seriousness of the situation, three vehicles were mobilized to provide immediate assistance.

Rescuers at the scene confirmed that the motorcyclist was unconscious and suffering from cardiorespiratory arrest. He was removed from under the car while teams began resuscitation maneuvers. The man suffered head injuries and a broken femur. The Águia helicopter landed on the same road to speed up the transport of the victim to the hospital.
To regulate traffic and avoid new accidents, the Traffic Engineering Company (CET) sent a vehicle to the area. Avenida Raimundo Pereira de Magalhäes was completely closed during the rescue operation. The road is one of the most important connection points in the northwestern region of the capital, São Paulo, crossing neighborhoods such as Beritoba and Jaragua and connecting the region to Lapa and Marginal Tete.
