The reason Ronnie asked Lisa to leave Tremembé after the series

Although Trimbe bounces back with stories from the past, the prison routine still has strange rings to it. On Saturday (22/11), Rony Lissa, former military police officer and confessed killer of Chancellor Mariel Franco, was transferred from Prison No. 1 in Tremembe to a unit in Brasilia, after four attempts by the defence.

According to the lawyers, Lisa believes that he was poisoned by the food served in prison. He was alone in the cell when he began to feel unwell after eating unit meals, resulting in him requesting a transfer. The information was disclosed by O Globo.

On February 6, the visit of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (PGR) and the Federal Police (PF) to the site, ordered by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, caused tension between the unit’s management, according to the defence. After the inspection, Lisa reported that he felt tired when eating prison food and began eating biscuits, losing about 10 kilograms. The defense claimed he stopped taking the suspected medication, but the symptoms continued.

A petition filed in May 2024 states that Lisa refused prison food because she considered it “unfit for consumption,” and only consumed bread and items sent by her family. He also began to respond to an administrative disciplinary action accused of promoting a hunger strike, which the defense denies. Four transfer requests were submitted, with reference from Babuda, or later from the fourth prison in the Federal District.

On September 29, the Federal Police sent Minister Alexandre de Moraes a criminal report submitted by the defence, reporting alleged crimes against the prisoner, the details of which remain confidential. After the analysis, Moraes authorized the transfer, which took place on Saturday, to the 4th Federal District Prison, which was recently opened and considered safe to protect whistleblowers.

the Metrobus He sought the secretariat of the São Paulo prison administration and lawyer Saulo Carvalho, who represents Lisa’s defence, to comment on the suspected crimes against the convicted man, but neither had spoken as of the publication of this text.

In October 2024, Lisa was sentenced to 78 years and nine months in prison for the double murder. Lisa has been detained since 2019 and has spent time in maximum security federal prisons. In 2023, after passing through Mossoro (RN), Porto Velho (RO) and Campo Grande (MS), he signed a plea bargain agreement with the National Front to confess to the murder of Mariel Franco, detailing the planning and identifying the alleged perpetrators, in exchange for a reduced sentence.

The agreement stipulated his transfer to São Paulo to keep him close to his family, but without mentioning unity, and the decision was left to the Public Security Secretariat. In the statement approved by the STF in March 2024, he cited Domingos Brazão, Chiquinho Brazão and Rivaldo Barbosa as the alleged masterminds, stating that the motive was linked to the land seizure in Jacarepagua. The trial date for the accused has not yet been set.
