The Civil Police is investigating the shooting attack of José Leandro de Oliveira, 40, on Raymundo José Nunes Street, in Osasco, in the early hours of Monday (24) as a robbery (robbery followed by death).
The shooter was hiding under a truck. He left the scene as soon as Oliveira got out of a silver 2010 BMW X6 and attempted to open the gate to one of the properties.
The action was recorded by a security camera. The criminal approached the victim’s back. Oliveira was shot when he noticed the approaching.
After the shots were fired, the robber and another man who was with him got into Olivera’s car and fled.
According to the police report, military police were called to respond to a report of a man being shot during a robbery. When they arrived at the address, they found Olivera on the ground.
A team from SAMO (Mobile Emergency Care Service) confirmed Oliveira’s death at the scene.
His car was found about 30 minutes after the theft on Blutau Street, in the Metallurgical district, in the same city. The distance from one point to another is about 3 km. After examining the car, it was handed over to a member of the victim’s family.
