A 40-year-old man, who was already using an electronic ankle bracelet, was arrested on Monday (24/11) in Samambaya Seoul after he was caught performing dangerous maneuvers with a vehicle on a public road.
According to the Military Police of the Federal District (PMDF), the driver disobeyed a stop order and began fleeing at high speed along Second Avenue South, suddenly overtaking speed bumps.

During the approach, he stated that he fled because he was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet and did not have a driver’s license.

Faced with a refusal to stop, police began tactical surveillance. The driver lost control when trying to reach the road leading to BR-060 and collided with the median.
The driver suffered facial injuries because he was not wearing a seat belt. He was accompanied by a woman who was not injured. The man refused to take a breathalyzer test, and after receiving medical attention, he was taken to Police Station No. 26.
