Designed to meet the demands of modern urban logistics, Park Lapa IV offers 24-hour operation, a ceiling height of up to 11 metres, an armored entrance with access control and a CCTV surveillance system. The residential complex also has support areas such as an auditorium, meeting rooms, restaurant and changing rooms, as well as shared docks and exclusive spaces for trucks.
According to GoodStorage CEO and Founder, Thiago Cordero, the expected performance of the project reinforces structural change in the sector.
“Reaching 50% occupancy even before the official opening shows the strength of demand for urban warehouses in São Paulo,” he says. “This confirms that we are on the right track when investing in projects that are strategically located and equipped for the new logistical requirements of the city.”
The residential complex is designed to optimize distribution operations in the scenario of expanding e-commerce and increasing search for express deliveries. With complete infrastructure, Park Lapa IV has a J4 fire fighting system with sprinklers, LED lighting, a generator for common areas and sustainable solutions, such as water reuse tanks and thermally insulated tiles.
Park Lapa IV is located in the Agua Branca neighbourhood, close to the Tietê and Pinheiros roads, in an area of concentration of the city’s distribution routes. Geographical location favors the movement of goods and access to different areas of the capital, which is an essential factor in the growth scenario in e-commerce and increasing demand for short-distance deliveries. Its proximity to road hubs places the residential complex among GoodStorage’s main logistics assets in the capital.
“The growth of e-commerce and the need to shorten delivery times is making urban warehouses increasingly central for logistics. Park Lapa IV is an example of how we can ensure faster and more sustainable operations for our customers,” adds Cordero.
The expansion of Park Lapa IV is part of the company’s growth plan in São Paulo, which aims to expand the urban storage network. The new projects follow standards related to operational efficiency and responsible use of energy and water resources.on Good storageFounded in 2013 by Tiago Cordero, GoodStorage operates in the urban storage sector and maintains more than 65 units, including self-storage units and warehouses, located in São Paulo, with a total area of approximately 500,000 square meters in operation.
