
The businesswoman, also known as Anne Jakrajotatip, is accused by the plastic surgeon of fraud and concealment of information. According to the whistleblower, in 2023, she tried to convince him to invest in JKN Global Group, a company where she serves as CEO and co-owner of the competition.
A judicial statement seen by Agence France-Presse said: “The accused invited (the complainant) to invest, knowing that he would not be able to return the money within the specified period.”
The ruling was expected on Tuesday, but Jackabong did not appear, prompting the court to issue the arrest warrant.
The new trial date has been set for December 26, although local media claim that the businesswoman has traveled to Mexico.
