Video: Pop star Mario is sexually harassed at a concert and reprimands one of his fans

Singer and actor Mario Dewar Barrett, known for the song Let Me Love You, had a tense moment during a show in Detroit, USA, last Saturday (22/11). While singing, one of the women in the audience felt the artist’s private parts.

The moment was recorded by someone else who was watching the show, and quickly went viral on social media. Mario continued singing, but then leaned down for a moment and scolded the woman, saying: “Stop doing this, please,” he appears to say in the video.

The fan’s position sparked anger among Internet users, who classified the episode as harassment. The fact that she was wearing a ring similar to a wedding ring also attracted attention. One user commented: “Sexual harassment is of the worst kind.” Another wrote: “This is a sexual assault in front of the whole world. She should be arrested.”

“I’m going to file for divorce next because in addition to ignoring the boundaries of marriage, you just harassed this man,” one X user said.

The singer is also known for his participation in the film Ela Dança, Eu Danço (2006). Until now, the artist has not spoken publicly about what happened.
