Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a 24 cm circular tray with a hole in the middle with butter. Sprinkle with flour mixture and chocolate powder.
  2. In a bowl, sift the wheat flour and leave it aside.
  3. In another bowl, sift the sugar and chocolate powder. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix with a wire whisk.
  4. Add the oil and whisk until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is formed.
  5. Add the water and flour little by little, alternating, and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  6. Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
  7. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  8. Take it out of the oven, wait about 15 minutes, then remove it carefully. Wait until it cools completely before covering it with ganache.
  9. To prepare ganache, melt chocolate in a water bath.
  10. Add the cream and mix until you get a smooth and shiny cream.
  11. Let cool and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Stir again until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  12. Spread the cooled cake with a spoon and serve immediately.
