Julia Roberts is facing a delicate moment in her career. According to the North American newspaper “National Enquirer”, the 58-year-old actress asked for support from friends Brad Pitt and George Clooney after the poor performance of her latest project, “After the Hunt”, directed by Luca Guadagnino.
The production, which cost more than $70 million, grossed only about $9 million and received a lukewarm critical reception. The negative result frustrated the expectations of Roberts, who saw the role as an opportunity to compete for the 2026 Oscar. With a declining box office and declining impact, that possibility now seems remote.

Given the negative repercussions, Roberts will look for a new high-profile project to compensate for the current setback. According to the National Enquirer, the actress has turned to Brad Pitt and George Clooney — longtime partners — to coordinate a new collaboration. The idea, according to Clooney, is supposed to come to fruition in the fourth part of the Ocean’s Eleven series, which will already have an approved budget.
