A malfunction in the signaling system caused trains on the 9-emerald line, operated by ViaMobilidade, to run at low speed on Thursday morning (27), in São Paulo.
Trains run slowly from 7:14 a.m., on the stretch between Vila Olímpia and Pinheiros stations.
40 buses from the BASE system (the support plan between transport companies in the face of emergency situations) were activated to transport passengers free of charge in the affected section.
The station platforms across the line were full.
There are no expectations for trading to return to normal, according to the Viamobilidade website.
