Juanfran Pérez Yurca submitted his candidacy to head the government of the state of Valencia, succeeding Carlos Mazón. In his address to the plenary session on Thursday in Les Cortes, Pérez Jurca, Secretary General of the Valencia People’s Party and Ombudsman of the Popular Group, began his intervention at 11:00, aiming to obtain the support of the Vox Party.
To do this, it combined calls for unity with a condonement of the far right on immigration, infrastructure and the environment. Basically, linking immigration to crime, denying climate change and blaming the central government for the lack of hydrological infrastructure as the cause of the Dana disaster.
