Preparation method

  1. In a bowl, put the egg, yogurt and olive oil. Good combination.
  2. Add the oat flour, chia, and salt, stirring until a homogeneous dough forms.
  3. Finally, add the yeast and mix gently until combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat.
  5. Pour the dough and flatten it into a disc.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until cooked and golden on the bottom.
  7. Carefully flip and let the other side brown for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately, while still hot.
