Created in the 1980s and present in Brazil since 1997, GPTW uses a methodology based on climate research, which requires minimum employee participation and a preference index equal to or greater than 70% for the organization to achieve accreditation. The process also takes into account internal management practices and procedures targeting the work environment.
By once again meeting certification requirements, Grupo Skill stands out among the thousands of companies evaluated across the country. CEO, Viviam Posterle, highlights that occupying such a prominent position in the national rankings reflects the consistency of the work carried out by the team:
