
Rio de Janeiro – Kim Kardashian commented, with humor, on the criticism directed at her performance in Tudo é Justo, Ryan Murphy’s new series on Disney +. During the publicity event held at the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, the businesswoman said that her experience in law school helped build Alora Grant’s character. When presenter Luciana Jimenez told her that she was great in the role, she replied, “That’s not what the critics say.”

“Ryan (Murphy) wrote the character knowing that I was on this legal journey. If I wasn’t already a lawyer, I would play one on TV until I got there. But I think the experience of playing Allura and being inspired by lawyers that I adore was really helpful. So what I did was bring some of that experience to Allura.”
On stage, Kim was accompanied by her co-stars Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson and Niecy Nash, who also participated in the conversation moderated by Jimenez.

In Tudo é Justo, the four play millionaire divorce lawyers who leave a male-dominated office to open their own business. According to the official synopsis, the characters are “fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complex” and face high-profile breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifts in loyalties — on and off the court.
The cast also includes Glenn Close, Teyana Taylor, and Matthew Noschka. Screenplay and executive production by Ryan Murphy.
With three episodes available at launch, Tudo é Justo premiered on Disney+ last Tuesday (11/4). The following chapters will be released weekly, every Tuesday, at 2 AM (Brasilia time).
